PRT is a spin off of the old reit HGI (NYSE) which moved to the Nasdaq (HGPI) HGI was a 10 dollar stock, low of 2 now 4.50 (I could not get IR to return my call, when I called regarding the high dividends so I passed on the HGPI) and bought PRT (NYSE) instead.
