Hi ogod,

I heard the exact same thing. I suspect there will be some selling as a result of the delays.

Jim

Ogod:

I think it would be good to launch a discussion regarding the impact on th company and the stock price that a listing on the TSE will have.
I have seen a couple of examples where stocks listed over the counter went to the TSE and sure enough the price went down to reflect the markets perception of the value of the stock as opposed to the brokers who have more direct control of the price on an OTC stock.

Now both of these examples were tightly held and well funded stocks so they eventually recovered some of their price but certainly not what they had when OTC.

Now... here we have an exciting junior with an identified "sexy" resource but listed on an exchange that is generally perceived by the market as sleazy. So it would seem to me that a listing on a senior, more credible exchange would be viewed as positive by the shareholders for sure and the market in general. The TSE seems to attract a fair number of international heavy hitters with lotsa play money as well as institutional funds. However it just might be that some of the glimmer may be dimmed when the Spear is lined up with a couple thousand senior companies most who are producers. Whereas the Spear was a shining light on the VSE it would be just a twinkle on the TSE.

I'd be interested in everyones conjecture on this point, but would also like to hear from some experienced brokers/traders as well.

L8er
Regards,
TAZ

Who was it that told you there would be no news for a couple weeks?

When I spoke to IR they said, as I mentioned in a previous post, that the time frame they were given is fast drawing to a close. However they do not control the process.

Did you speak to WSP or Lakefield or other.
