Raven, Herbie won't admit to any errors; he only has half a brain;the half that believes everything he says is fact. Imagine Tokyo Joe holed up in his Manhatten apartment, smoking 2 cigaretts at a time, moping the sweat off his brow, and emailing his flock to buy back IOM at a higher price. (Sell low, buy high is his IOM strategy.)
