Lets say....Oct 28th I bought at .76..... Nov 5th I sell at 1.40........almost a double......The very next day I buy again at .85 to do it all over again........It's called trading.....wish I had the timing and the guts.

Here is what I know as far as that filing goes:
Calista is one of the corporations who owned the private company - and was issued restricted stock when the reverse merger took place. They are filing to convert the restricted shares to free trading. This doesn't mean they are going to sell now or in the near future.

I've heard the guy who has control of those shares has been buying not selling
