CHEZ is the first one on the Insider Trading list....planned sale to be exercised October 8th. This doesn't mean that it was exercised though. The planned sales are not always exercised.

People or institutions which register the 144 planned sale only do so to keep their options open, for the most part, incase of significant price increases, or other.

I took a look at INTC and MSFT insider trades and in examining both, one clearly sees when sells have occurred by the entry of an actual price in the Price column and also entry in the Action field.

Otherwise no sales have occurred.

In looking at MSFT, you see a lot of selling of MSFT stock:

(At the rate Paul Allen is going, he is going to sell out of all his MSFT real soon. No wonder the price of MSFT is staying around $105 a share.)
