Dono: Well deserved article.

Re: Brinker's October rally call was eerily accurate. After the
Dow Industrials, the Nasdaq Composite Index and the
S&P 500 all retested their Aug. 31 lows on Thursday, Oct.
8, Brinker went on the radio that weekend and said his
indicators were telling him the market had just hit "its
regular midterm, off-presidential-year" bottom. Brinker says
he told listeners that "the first day to these new highs
started on Friday and you should not be out of the market
for one day."

Well, this is not totally accurate but Brinker was very, very good during this correction.

Great article; thanks for pointing it out. don, do you or others here subscribe to thestreet.com or (like me) just read the free stuff? I'm trying to decide if it's worth it, especially when I can't possibly absorb everything on the web that's available for free.

Thanks for the link to a very good article.

Re: "I see the Dow hitting 9500 to 9900 over the next six to nine months," says Brinker, ..."

One of these days, yes, one of these days Bob will say 10,000. Maybe we should start a contest to see who can guess when Bob will say the "magic number."

Best wishes,

I2
