Another thing about Europe that makes caching a winner there is that there is a toll for local calls based on units of time. To gain advantage, the ISP that can give quicker response time actually saves the customer money.

You are right. ISP save big long-line bucks with caching. The ISP can absorb growth by expanding the cache farm at the POP. NetCache is uniquely capable of easily growing the capacity of its cluster
