Just for the record. Your 4 cents a share statement probably stems from their Oct. 26 PR which states:

"BOYNTON BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 22, 1998--Beks Food International (OTC EBB:BEKF) Thursday announced that the success now assured through the contract signed by Ikka S.A. of San Jose, Costa Rica should generate sales that should result in a profit for the company in the early stages of growth.

Management stated that at inception we did not expect to be profitable this soon; there is no reason why we cannot expect to show earnings of approximately four cents per share next year."

Regards,

Baldur F.
