John,

speaking of trash flying, WEBB is trading at 6-3/4, up 20%.

Also, POSS is up to 10-3/8 based on yesterdays news of FDA allowing them to fast track their device. They "expect" approval, but it's not in the bag yet.

John, re. HPRT

On Oct 1, the first day of the current qtr. HPRT announced that they approved up to $25 mill buyback of convertable notes, obviously at discount prices, in light of their current financial condition. Why would they do this? Might it be to improve the balance sheet in hopes of attracting a suitor for a possible sale? And why on the 1st day of the quarter? If they actually do retire some of their debt in this way, when would they be required to notify their shareholders, can they wait until their next 10-Q?

regards,
bb
