i was asking as there is a guy trying to apply ney on a certain unnamed thread. the si guy trying to use ney has specialist's situation 100% wrong (he contradicts ney when he thinks he is following ney). his analysis, imho, is so weak that it's laughable. look out, now i've put my neck out there. well at least i didn't name the thread <g>.

i thought ney's books were too paranoid to be useful. if the game was as rigged as he said, we shouldn't play. if we are playing a rigged game and we know it, then stop whining about it. but most of all, i could never see how to use the supposed information to profit. initially i thought it was fascinating. i think if ney just used his "experiences" as a documentary it would have been better. the "here's how it is crooked and here's how you should trade" leading to some charting mumbo-jumbo was too far a stretch imho.
