Dave, I agree with A, B and possibly D. C, on the other hand is a little tricky. I think management acted responsibly with the resignation of B&G. I also think they are acting responsibly by goin on as business as usual. This company will continue to make money and the stock will eventually grow to reflect that. We have to stop looking at this as a day to day investment. I know it bothers me greatly to be at a loss, but let us not forget that we have only had bad news since this bestbank deal arose (excluding earnings). Eventually, we should see some good news come and solid news. Hey if we make $.20 for the year then what else could you ask for, that is what management is doing for us.
