Like he said ... forget the DOJ. Opinions on MSFT won't be changed by the outcome of MSFT vs. DOJ. I know O.J. killed his wife and Ron Goldman. I don't care what our "Justice" system says. Ralph Corace stole something like $2.5 million from a 401K plan over three years ago, plead GUILTY and hasn't spent a day in jail. He's appealing the thirty month plus sentence! Nobody has gotten a cent of their money back to this date. That's "Justice"? I hope nobody has money with the Equitable. (The name is funny to me now.) I'll sign up for thirty some months in prison for $2,500,000. If you want Justice you'd best bring your paycheck. Note Bill is buying lobbyists (as he should). That's how our "system" works. MSFT will do fine regardless of the verdict. Technological change is a much bigger threat. Best of luck.
