Dan,
It could be in reaction to RMTR 10Q report, where the FRAM part looked flat.

Hi Dan!

Was on the phone with Marty Cohen yesterday. He said the company is "changing focus." Broadening its market share by designing cards based on older, cheaper tech. He likes our new manager.
Everything is at a discount today in the small caps. RCOM trades at such small volumes. The company is barely known to exist. We're not perceived as a growth issue within a growing industry. We got 22 employees or so. Solution providers. RCOM needs lots more contracts, more WORK, more QUALITY employees, licensing fees, cash flow kicking back from each RCOM smart card sold with RCOM'S technological seal of approval and support, a client base about 100 times bigger. Right now we look like a fruit fly floating on its back in glass of Reserve Porto.. Rats!

Your Friend,
Marty
