But if the company's progress is finally to materialize and accelerate, it seems silly to be quibbling over a sixteenth. The stock price could just run away from those folks. I hope that is what happens. But just an announcement of the opening of the plant would IMO cause the price to backtrack. All such an announcement would do would be to make the point that further slippage is not immediately evident. I hope more than some technical formality will be able to be announced at the same time such as sales, investors, relationships.....anything other than simply "we have declared the plant to be operational after much delay".
