I was speaking in general terms to Andre about Canadian firms shorting OTC stocks. As you probably know it is illegal to short B/B stocks in the U.S. M/M can in the course of their business short these stocks but are not SUPPOSED to build up a large short position. But we all know there are unprincipled M/M & if you can get one to admit to that condition on FIXC I am sure the SEC would be interested to hear about it.
