That had to be some of the strangest market maker activity I have ever seen. Watching it tick by tick, there were a few sells, but buys at or above (?) the ask kept occurring as the price fell from $1 to $0.84. Go figure - perhaps they just got too far ahead of themselves and took the price down in a concerted fashion. I can't figure out any other reason. I am not normally suspicious of market makers, at least not nearly as much as some, but wow, that was way strange. Each apparent buy at the ask caused the bid and ask to fall.
