What a tiresome Spidey you are! By now you've amply demonstrated to all that you don't understand a thing about the law. Need I yet again bring up your silly posts about people going to jail on 2 October? Do you yet grasp what interpleader involves? As for the motion to dismiss, I suggest that before you put one or more of your eight little legs in it, you call the courthouse. Jeff has courteously supplied the number for you. I agree with him, of course: if you do it, you'll probably lie about what you're told.

And weren't you going to try to come up with a clever way to account for all of the Sylvers' disreputable business associates? If we hadn't busted him, John Fasano would still be doing IR. 10800!!! I'll leave the palindrome to someone else.
