The stock is at the low levels we have seen for the past couple of weeks because a placement will take place soon. Someone wants it priced low so they can by it back in the placement at a discount to what they have sold in the recent past. This is certainly not to SNRS's benefit, but someone is going to make a good profit on this. Look for an upward spike as soon as the deal is priced.
