I wish the latter were true. 1. Why didn't you call me if you were buying lunch? 2. Did you go to the salad bar? Since P's heart incident he is probably on a salad doctor diet. That and 12 beers. 3. Did you tell him you were coming and looking for money? He would have been there! He always wants to know why. 4. I can sell Pat any and probably all of my properties. I once tried to literally give away my 200 thou ton wawa property (it runs a half ounce). He said "it sounds like a small gold mine". Duh. He knows profitable. He will not say the word profitable. 5. All the Toronto money is the same. They will perhaps take your deal if you cut yourself out 100% and kill all your investors and their surviving heirs. All properties are bad.
