Its a dormant order until somebody else buys at $19 1/4 then the order is instantaneously converted to a buy limit at $19 1/4. As long as the ASK has not changed you get a fill. Works well as way to buy breakouts or get into something moving up fast that you anticipate will go right through your buy stop limit price. By the way, Money Made was wrong and I'm cancelling my buy stop order. I lost nothing. He lost something.
