Yes that is fairly scummy... if they do NOT announce a deal soon, DRIV should tank a bit. Amazon is affecting more than 1 stock these days... CDNW is floundering because Amazon passed them... if the N2K deal doesnt go through soon, CDNW will become a huge bargain... I have a feeling they will merge with SOMEONE, maybe CUST or CDWI, who knows... but the only way to compete with Amazon is to consolidate. And when they do, just the mention of competing with AMZN will make it rocket... I am looking for well below 8 again very soon... MG
