Oh, and you missed the biggie...all these global money-printing operations causing eventual hyperinflation - and much higher interest rates - nobody except Jimmy Rogers seems to notice this logical outcome of our current situation. The point here..is...there's already been a kahuna...and the 401Ks have been stuck with the losses. Biggest holding of my 401K fund? citicorp! .. The volatility is the shell game that hides it. BTW most plans have very few options. The stats say that most people have no idea what their 401K money is invested in.
