Favorable volume scenario,

announced a stock buyback of
4 millions shares and posted up a favorable earnings report.

The 13 day EMA is also crossing over the 50 day EMA.

SDTI has been in a classic downtrend since May. This is marked by a
pattern of lower lows and lower highs. The pattern was broken by the
low that was formed a week or so back at the 10 dollar a share level
which was _above_ the low that immediately
proceeds this one. That identifies a change in trend. All IMHO of course.
