I was just happy to see Baron-Marney out of the picture. Are you aware of any lawsuits against Liberty? I know of a few against the Baron but Liberty I do not know. Your posts indicate that you think they hired a PR firm worse than the Baron. Is that what you are saying and, if yes , please substantiate. Joe PTG&LI !!! waiting on next weeks news. ps. I guess you are not impressed with the advisory board? edit Liberty was accused of not disclosing patment sec.gov The complaint alleges that although the newsletter disclosed that Liberty received compensation from issuers for publicizing their stocks, it failed to disclose the existence of the agreements between Liberty and certain of the publicized companies, or the various amounts of compensation. The complaint also alleges that until very recently, Liberty only made a vague, general disclosure on its website about the receipt of compensation, and also failed to disclose the existence of the agreements and any specifics on past or agreed upon compensation.
