Hello David,

Terrific Charts!! You're the KING of this thread.

I will assume that you've previously discussed how you use/combine the daily and weekly charts. And specifically, MACD. I've been through the entire thread once (that was some time ago now) and saved a number of your posts but, I can't put my hands on a discussion of how you interpret a daily/weekly chart relative to the MACD.

If you get a chance perhaps you can tell us your thoughts on how you combine a stocks daily and weekly chart with an emphasis on the MACD readings.

Thanks for sharing and take care,

Eric

Dave--Thanks for the feedback on AMGN. I just went through all my recent trades looking at 8/17/89 and lo and on some I was early and on others I got lucky and had the down turn of 8/17 confirm my decision. Its a very handy indicator. Myron

David: It's a toss up whether I learned more from my Economics degree or from reading your posts. Certainly, I've retained more from your posts.
Looking at the AMGN chart and trying to understand exit points-
Just after you bought on 10/15/98, the MACD 8-17-9 had a similar pattern to that in mid-June and late July.
For you; when is the exit signal there?
and, do you have a favorite supporting indicator?
Thanks for your time,
Ray
