Murrey,

William J. O'Neil of IBD talks about buying into the position when it is at it's high. He says that this, more often than not, is the time to get into a good stock. I think INTC is a GREAT stock

I'm certain that all the Intel employees who started in the summer of 1997, and got options set at over $100, will find this very comforting.

Murrey - Re: " I think INTC is a GREAT stock."

I'm kind of partial to Intel myself.

O'Neil's theory works only in a nascent bull market and is restricted to stocks of relatively thin float. Market performance during the past year or so has not lent positive support for his approach--there is a ton of evidence out there to prove this.
