Greg,

<<Thanks for stepping up at the end of the day to raise the bid. The closing price was 1.75 and the closing bid was 1.7188. For a while today I thought it might slip to 1 5/8 or lower. Somebody likes to buy at the end of the day lately.>>

It wasn't me today. I was bid support yesterday. <g> I almost jumped in for some more shares at 1 11/16, but I thought I would save my cash for later in the day, and other buyers stepped up to the plate.

I think there was some hesitancy early today from the buyers, but they seemed to come back later in the day. It didn't look like anything strange happened today, either. I think that's a good sign. I'd sure like to see how ANCR would react this time around after an INRANGE type announcement. That's going to be the true test.

Craig

Greg, I just couldn't resist picking up a few more at 1 23/32 near the close. Who knows what could be announced Monday morning? As Ken said, "The stock is undervalued!" I cannot say that about too many stocks now. With the Fibre Channel headlines, the shareholder rights plan, the rumors of buyout attempts, the Inrange oem, and the best product on the market, Ancor seems like a pretty good bet. No guts, no glory! <G> wj
