year's end?? heck, how 'bout next week?

Liquidity picture:

Fed decided to add liquidity by way of permanent injection of cash over a seven day period.

A ton of cash came out of bonds today and is just setting on the side.

The guy in the factory is still kicking himself in the head and calling up his 401k plan saying shift it all back to stocks.

equity fund inflows 2 weeks ago = 2 billion. one week ago = 1.9 billion, last week = 4.5 billion and the money market area had net outflows. And there's still a ton of reserves in those money market funds.
