Tip, Just call you Jade East. <G> Touty cos., and their names need not be mentioned, have printed "guidelines" on how, how much and when insiders should buy the stock to best support the price and increase shareholder value. They are also offered loans at low interest rates to make the task less onerous. One of the guys who tracks insider buying and selling even admitted that these guidelines and forced buying in lockstep have made it a much less useful indicator than previously.

The cos. spend much more time today figuring out how to fool investors and rape the cash that the co does make than figuring out how to grow the cos business. If it requires co. stock buybacks, we will put the sucker shareholders in debt to do that. If it requires insider buying, we will use the sucker shareholders share of eps to do that instead of paying dividends. If it requires a scam one-time reorganization charge, hey, we can do that. Repeatedly. <G>
