Hold on to your shares. Pharmos stock is worth something north of $10 a share if sold TODAY.

Don,

You're jumping to conclusions way too fast. David is adding very wild analysis to his words. 5.2% is far from being enough to control a company, that's obvious to everyone.
When David says he's afraid, PARS will be bought at a low price, he means $4 - $5 per share, not lower than that. There is a very slim chance of that happening (big pharma like partnership deals and not to outright buy a company).
Nothing has changed, and you shouldn't do anything differently just because of this piece of news.
