Seems win-win...we create a market for our farmers' foodstuffs, the Russian people get food to eat. On the minus side, I really doubt our "loan" will ever be repaid, even under a 20 year payment plan. The Russians have made it clear that they don't intend to play by anybody else's rules, and we'll just have to learn to live with that. Or they will have to live with the consequences. IECS seemed to come alive today...will wonder never cease? Cheers! Rick

Hi, Morgy... I was doing a little research on another thread when I came upon a mention of IECS: Message 1315808 Interesting background material...It filled a few gaps in my knowledge. Odd that the Amherstburg plant was planned to be online in July of 1997...wonder what happened to that schedule? Cheers! Rick
