You should know that I paid that other mortgage off in July , also. My former Business partner Embezeled and left me holding the bag for $706,000 a few years back. As of September I successfully got half of that back, and the rest is almost paid for. I have done well in my investments, but it took a lot of research. I often had to put in 20 hour days. 1997 was the first year we (my family) had a year in the black since 1992, and 1998 is going to be a very good year. 1999 is going to be a scream, and we already booked and paid for a cruise for new years eve 2000. There are a lot of people out there trying to take your money. Many people on SI use the same pump and dump Techniques as Rosario, most of then are not as obvious. Big Dog is a classic example. By the way, Big Dog was touting Aret as well as Top Dog when it ran to 4 cents.
