Hi Everybody's right and wrong.

On page 31 of the 10-K Honda purchased 3.5% of Ovonic Battery for 4.5 million.

That was from page 31 of the 1995 10-K

From page 18 of the 1996 10-K we have an explanation of revenue from business agreements. $10.5 million from licencing fees from Toshiba, Sanyo, and Yuasa. All were credited as revenue for 1996 all went into net income for 1996.

Walt, no one will have the answers until we find out where the monies
will go. The odds are, we will not find out until forty-five days
after the quarter ends. In the meantime, don't ever hesitate to ask whatever questions you may have. No one has all of the answers.
