Hi Everybody's right and wrong. On page 31 of the 10-K Honda purchased 3.5% of Ovonic Battery for 4.5 million.

That was from page 31 of the 1995 10-K From page 18 of the 1996 10-K we have an explanation of revenue from business agreements. $10.5 million from licencing fees from Toshiba, Sanyo, and Yuasa. All were credited as revenue for 1996 all went into net income for 1996.
