Years ago, LLL was a favorite of Jerry Pogue when he was a broker. Perhaps, there is a connection. We'll see Monday.

If there is a merger, I think that it will be LLL taking over PMD so that Palmer will get a US listing. After that, If the companies choose, they can change Lyon Lake's name to Palmer. If Palmer takes over LLL first, I believe that the nasdaq listing will be lost.
