Sole voting power: 1,566,108 , or 4.6% of shares outstanding.
WESTGATE LP, Cayman Islands.
Sole voting power: 1,044,072, or 3.06 % of shares.

3) 13-G October 28, 1998
Agis Industries (1983) Ltd., Israel.
Shared voting power: 1,871,000, or 5.0% of shares outstanding.
