Don't the 13-Ds and 13-Gs suggest a case of musical chairs?

Isn't it coincidental that Grace Bros. had virtually the exact number of shares that Agis now has? Seems to me Agis has bought Grace Bros' shares a couple of weeks ago.

Note too the standard "I have no attentions of taking over or taking control of your company" paragraph at the end of the most recent 13-G:

Item 10. Certification
-------------
By signing below I certify that, to the best of my knowledge and belief, the securities referred to above were acquired in the ordinary course of business and were not acquired for the purpose of and do not have the effect of changing or influencing the control of the issuer of such securities and were not acquired in connection with or as a participant in any transaction having such purposes or effect. (signed by Moshe Arkin)

On the other hand, given Agis' presence in the pharmaceutical field, I hope Moshe Arkin will be able to assist PARS management in its search for an HU-11 partner, or in any need to raise capital. We could use a friendly "big brother" right now.
