ELLIOTT ,

My question was why the big move, I understand that TSQD is going to move with DRIV, but DRIV had heavy action early.. TSQD was only at about 25000 shares traded @ 1:15 then all of a sudden all hell broke loose . Dont take me wrong I'm not complaining , it was a very profitable afternnoon since I sold most of my position @ 2 1/32. I was just trying to figure out why the Big move the past week

DAVE

???TSQD Earnings Friday???

Last earnings came out Friday, August 14. Any bets on whether we'll see this Q earnings on Friday the 13th (kinda scary). TSQD investor relations doesn't have an official date for when they'll be released, so there's no sure bet.

Last earnings were mediocre, included the debut of the NetDirect catalog, which they expect to project a loss for '98. Biggest surprise improvement last Q was sales of iMacs, as I recall.

Like I've said before, bad earnings are expected, and TSQD's value has been assumed to be zippo by many who trade it only for its DRIV stake. If anything good come out of it, I expect TSQD to get a slight boost. Right now TSQD is trading at ~13% ratio to DRIV, which is better than the last couple weeks, but lower than the ~20% it traded at for ~5 weeks after the IPO. The question is: will iMacs, NetDirect, and not having DRIV's losses on the earnings report be good or bad for TSQD?
