Well it would be an interesting situation IF they dont cut rates come the next meeting, AND the market decides to take the news badly...spikes down and continues down relentlessly like a wave 3 decline...

IF this were to happen, it MAY put Alan Greenspan in a very tricky situation because I do not think then that he would again want to rush for a cut in rates GIVEN a rapidly declining market, otherwise it may look like he is trying to manipulate the markets.
