Do not worry, .....that Intel plant supplied boards for more vendors than just Micron. I too had to wait last month, but they informed me of the problem prior to the order. I just ordered a couple laptops and there was only a seven day lead time.

I was told I'll get my system no later than Friday, possibly as early as Wednesday since I really did not want any frills...just stock 450 MAX... no upgrades, no downgrades. So far I've had one e-mail from their customer service thanking me for the business... "canned stuff". The young man I talked with will phone to give me order/tracking number Monday. I can wait, but I want to see how they do this time. I only hope it's not a month... that will $%#* me off "big time". Regards, SF
