Cavalry,

I am a shareholder of TCBG but haven't posted here. I mostly lurk.
---------------------------------------------------------------------
That's called taking without giving something back.

I have seen many people like you on other threads who either never owned the stock or have sold,
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This is vague and general.
If you don't know whether i have ever owned stock in tcbg you have not read every post on the thread from the beginning.
Which by the way is the first thing i do on every thread i post on or i state this fact at the start of my first post on each thread.
See my first posts on winr, corx, pfe, and bnez. This point is abundantly clear as is the fact you either dont have the time or discipline to perform this task.

Of course i sold this is perfectly clear in many of my earlier posts.
Of those many people you have seen on other threads did they first contribute close to 100 positive or fact filled posts as i did on this thread before they turned negative after mgmt failed to fulfill several key promises or were caught concealing info, such as true # of outstanding shares, the preferred shares which give one person total control of the company.

and still continue to post negative posts. The presentation of those posts are generally like yours almost like you are laughing at the rest of us and have to prove that you are right and the remaining shareholders are wrong.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This is completely wrong, my posts are geared for new buyers who may be unaware of some of the things i posted lately.
The people in tcbg for a while have had a chgance to evaluate my input
and could have sold last time tcbg went over a dollar.

Also, they appear to be written to attempt to negatively influence other potential buyers.
I can never understand what motivates such a person. Being a good guy watching out for all other shareholders just doesn't cut it.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You got one thing right finally.
Yes i want to kill all new buying because i believe any new buying will allow x and x to dump another $250k of stock into the buying
they lied to me on numerous occasions and i am not alone, they did this to several people i know personally, one less than 2 weeks was told first product release would be out over a week ago, 11/2 was date
i believe maybe he will be man enough to confirm, maybe not his choice not mine.

If that was the case, one post defining your opinion might be understood. However, not repeated posts.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Wrong again one post gets buried, got to keep on posting
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Most "normal" people move past a stock and the personalities of the shareholders once they are out of the stock. If you make money, you happily move on to other stocks and don't bother looking back. Those that you sell at a loss, you often want to forget, and don't spend time looking for additional negatives about the company.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Too many friends were played like a fiddle here not laying off.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Perhaps you can explain what motivates you to continue to post to this thread? I personally don't believe that every negative poster is trying to drive the price down to buy. The price is usually down anyway. So, what is it? Is it a personal issue with certain people? An ego thing? A lot of free time in your life? Are you being paid to do it?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
If i could find someone smart enough to pay me i would do this for a living because i am way better at it than 99 and 1/2% of si bashers.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Notice I am not defending or attacking the company or you, but just trying to understand what is driving you and your posts. I would truly appreciate an answer.

Thank you.

Judith

I took it easy on you, hope this helps.
