Under the agreement, the two companies will conduct joint sales and marketing activities targeted at selling solutions featuring Xerox high-end production printers and INSCI's software for the digital archiving of production print documents. The agreement, which represents a significant extension to the marketing alliance that began in mid-1996, will provide customers with solutions to streamline archiving and retrieval of such files for desktop viewing with applications such as billings, invoices, statements and other documents containing customer-specific information. By using INSCI's software, documents which can be digitally stored and printed providing on-line viewing and access to single and multiple print documents, offers a complete print-view archive solution.
