Les - can you point us to that site?

Although Foley was certainly one of those who considered himself above the law of the common man, I find it hard to believe that anyone knows enough about a person's private investments to track the flipping of IPO's. It's too easy to conceal. Besides, he had access to resources that would make IPO movements a waste of his personal time. Politcos of that caliber have "retirement" careers that cannot be matched by any investment portfolio or pension floor. Look at where a Dem "loser" ex-governor, a former darling of the left, Anne Richards is now, for just one example.

IMO, being the "king of stock transactions" is tantamount to managing the mail room in the Democrat power structure.
