As I heard the referendum did pass. However, I believe that this has been already challenged legally and that it will be very tough to see it become reality considering the facts of the actual environmental impact that this procedure has. Imo, this is not a biggy but I hope ltu would be wise enough to renegotiate things at Miller until this is resolved. Imo, ltu will move forward, perhaps in a more mining friendly state. Regards, Joel
