Steve,

I don't know nor do I care what type of bargaining power
WSTL has over LU.The fact that they've partnered is what's important
to me.Virtually all new switches installed in the US are either
Nortel or Lucent (I work for one of the Bells so I know). In my
opinion that is a plus.

The deal with DSC might be based on CAP but there's a lot more
to ADSL than CAP/DMT. There are many design parameters involved
in developing such a system that are common to both CAP and DMT.
Another plus.
Volatility doesn't bother me. I'm in for at least
another year.

Just my opinion.
Good luck to all.
