Myron, congratulations on GERN. Hopefully it will keep you warm during the upcoming winter season. Getting in at the opening and cashing out the next day for over 100% gain is meritorious of a super loud.............. I've been using a few sites to learn TA. I like the Clearstation site because the quality of their charts is good and the site has a ton of information, but I've found another passion. A friend lent me his copy of a book I can't put down, Thomas DeMark's "The New Science of Technical Analysis." TAG looks good FA and TA wise. Let me give you a little DeMark analysis on TAG (or at least my version) as you already saw the MACD crossover and turning green confirmed by the stochastics' reading of oversold on Clearstation.. Using DeMark's trend line construction principles, I identified the TD points Oct. 1st at 24 3/8 and Oct. 26th at 24 3/8. Draw a line from the 10/1 high to the 10/26 high and keep the line going. Friday, the stock violated the trend line. So how high is it going ? On Oct. 14th the stock hit a low of 12 3/4. Draw a line on the chart from the 10/14 low straight up to the trend line. The price difference from the trend line to the low point added to Friday's close is the target price for TAG. About $33/share or a 45% gain from here. TAG's earnings have been well above analysts consensus for the last two quarters. The Limited has exercised options to pick up more shares, a vote of confidence, and the woman's apparel sector has been hot. Nice pick Amigo Myron. I'm going to do a study on the Russell 2000. I think that the small stocks are in the best position to gain right now, specifically with the upcoming expected rate cut. That rate cut, I believe is anticipated by the market as evidenced by the rate on the 3 month T-Bill. The Russell 2000 has broken out of it's trading channel, but how much highter is it going ? Hmmmmmmmm..............
