ok, I'll follow Larry's lead and do a brief on my stocks for the Z

ASHW
makes golf clothes
I'm told of good quality and sell well
has been beaten up on fears of sales slowdown, some concerns over A/R and inventory levels, and big insider sells (in the $18 range)
I think it is way oversold
great balance sheet: current ratio is 8/1; no long term debt; book is five bucks
earnings ests are for .50 to .70, so P/E at 7-10x's
volume had fallen the last two days
looks like a base is forming here
I'm sitting on a half a block of it; may go to a full one if it trades at/over 5 3/8 or so
initial target is 6 1/2 in a week or so(+25-30%); then maybe 8 by Jan-Feb(+60%; 11 by next summer (a double)
will sell if it falls below 4 7/8 on big volume

KTEL (short)
this POS ran up big the other day when "news" came out of a deal with Playboy; also a report was issued about a deal with Disney which turned out to be false
to me this thing is a joke
the balance sheet is crap; book value is 45 cents
with a 3 day gain of 40% I sould TTMAR but would like to wait for 7-8 before I cover
the risk is that some new BS news comes out and causes it to gap open up big
I'll take that risk for now

HTCH (short)
in the last month the hard drive sector has made a huge run
SEG +10%, QNTM +40%, WDC and RDRT +60%, HTCH +80%
on 11/3 HTCH reported a loss of .67
the market says things will be fine going forward; ran to price up 33% after the loss came out
I don't buy it one bit
upside risk to 30-33; downside target to 18-22; 3/1 risk reward

NSOL (short)
a big gamble
the world seems to love this register of domain names
it's at an all time high
doubled in the last few weeks
yea, I know it is a net stock and only has a P/E of 120x's
and there will be a few billion more .coms added to the WWW
and gee, a huge book value of $3 for a $68 stock
I'm either gonna get hurt big time on this one or will be a happy camper on a fall to 55-45-40-35-30
time will tell
