I really don't believe the SEC will halt FAMH because there are a lot of employees involved. I think the SEC will make every attempt to resolve problems with FAMH in some other manner. I'm not so sure that this will be beneficial to shareholders, although it was management that has made numerous false claims. For the SEC, I think a forced buyout would be an acceptable answer. Anyone know of an similar case involving the SEC?
