A BACKUP plan is great!

But I think some are talking about an immediate plan -- hire an attorney for $30,000 plus to convince someone this shell has been cleaned up and sell it or go for a reverse merger with a "legitimate company." I have to confess that I have the shakes at this point for a true dose of realism.

"Dear Legitimate Company -- please use our shell. We know it doesn't LOOK very clean, but you just leave those skeletons in the closet to us. The SEC has issued some subpoenas and we'll keep you informed on what they find out. But meanwhile, we know you'd just LOVE this shell, and we'll even sell it at a discount. We're going to track down who issued those extra shares and if we get rid of them and change the number of OS, then we can adjust the price a bit. And as for the missing documents, please don't worry about them. We've got our best man on the job. Just sign here, please...."

I'm not directing this at you specifically, Brukie, but at all of us for the moments we want to just settle for whatever quick pennies we can get. Again, the SEC is DOING SOMETHING. It's handicapping not being able to post everything we know, but they have definitely done some important things. And we have an attorney who is a securities specialist, who just needs a little more time, and he asks us to wait. AND he is charging us NOT ONE RED CENT so far.

To my mind, the quick-shell approach brings benefits to NO ONE except Mr. Tow. I have no objection to Mr. Tow getting rich from this, but I'd prefer it happen after the SEC has found EVERYONE to be innocent.
