Dow 12000 only if the street has decided to bid up IBM so it is larger than Msft, to teach billy boy a lesson in humility.
I poked around the Russell stocks...the rally was hollow with the better-quality stocks not participating, and I see lots of signs of block trades selling into strength.If the CEFs have smart money, they seem to be staying with corporate bonds and utilities- I don't see a selloff there as one might expect if rates were going up. FWIW..Bonnie
