What's interesting to me is how pessimistic people have become over HS in the last year. In early 97 the stock was a leader and the company earnings never got negative reports, and the stock flew up in the process. Now whatever they do it seems people pick apart the stock. To go down to 5 when they are going to earn over 2 dollars next year just makes no sense to me. Bottom line is when is the price going to reflect the growth they are having. They have grown earnings every quarter since they traded at $30 last year and the stock did nothing but go down. Doesn't a pe of 5-9 reflect a company growing at around that rate? When have earnings ever come even close to that low level?? Good news is we finally made a reverse head and shoulders in the 10 area so maybe the stock might finally act like the other growth stories out there. Welcome to the strange world of the stock market.
